This role is a product specialist role working in the Regional Cards Team. You will work with Credit Card Networks Regionally, Globally and locally. Additionally, working together with other team members on key projects and provide market support for the 6 core cards in the Citibranded business
To drive and execute the product components of a large scale migration project. Manage the build-out of up to 75 new product logos in our issuing platforms (both G2C and Non-G2C) across 11 markets in AP in addition to building necessary systems and processes to support the new issuance as well as the migration of approximately 6mm consumer credit accounts.
Other duties include: Key Responsibilities:
Working in the Regional Product Team and across all country stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are identified, initiated and executed
Engage proactively with Regional Network team and partners to ensure that project objectives are met and exceeded
Working alongside MasterCard teams to co-develop platforms across 11 markets that meet or exceed current platform capabilities
Prepare updates to Senior Management on Product components of the migration during the planning, execution and post-implementation phase
Finalise product mapping across 11 countries and perform gapping analysis together with MasterCard, Regional O&T, Country product and Global Network teams
Define optimized conversion plan for ~6MM customers across and formalize legal/compliance view
Minimize disruption and change, focus will be on the preservation of the existing value proposition and customer retention
You will be responsible for developing Product MIS to aid ongoing strategy shift in line with business direction & market shifts and continuous improvements to the wholesaling process in the distribution platform
Bachelor's Degree - Qualifications in Banking and Financial Services
Previous customer migration experiences a positive
Marketing and/or Product experience
Project Planning and Tracking
Successful track record in customer segmentations of HNW, Affluent and Emerging Affluent customer bases
10-15 years of relevant experience, Citi specific experience in Marketing or Product an advantage
