Drafting and negotiating client agreements and non client facing contracts & related documentation
Responding to internal queries from operational departments and control/support groups;
Ensuring fund documentation is properly drafted, controlled, and completed as required;
Advising the business on day-to-day legal and regulatory matters across global jurisdictions;
Providing legal advice to the business globally and coordinating with external legal counsel to support all business functions and senior management;
Working on projects and new business issues;
Preparing internal memoranda advising on new legislation & regulations which impact the business;
Reviewing and negotiating third party vendor agreements; Coordinating the ongoing mantainence and update of template agreements as required in response to legal, regulatory, operational and market developments;
Qualified Irish lawyer/solicitor with at least 8+ years PQE (must be admitted to the Law Society of Ireland or England and Wales and be in good standing)
8+years experience in the Funds industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to communicate with Senior Management a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent negotiating skills and legal drafting skills - attention to detail is essential
