Detailed responsibilities includes but not limited to: 1.lead Day-to-day activities will include financial analysis and modeling, creating and preparing presentations, company and industry research, and interacting with partners and clients; 2.conduct independent research and expert communication in findings on macro trends, market considerations that matters to investment decision; 3.support and play a key in deal execution, including on-going portfolio management; 4.manage operational forecasts and budgets for active and potential investments; 5.Conduct company-specific due diligence and valuation analysis, input and maintenance of investment models, portfolio data and supporting analytics; 6.Maintain cordial cooperative relationship with brokers, investment bankers and target company management teams; 7.Monitor investment opportunities in lifestyle, new retail and leading consumer trends in emerging markets, mainly China; 8.Deal Sourcing, originating and analyzing investment opportunities in Comprehensive Health and consumer goods, leading the investment process.
Desired experience and characteristics: 1.Finance related major ,bachelor's degree or above; 2.More than 5 years of working experience in the investment field; 3.Familiar with macroeconomics, business, opportunities, and market trends in Comprehensive Health and Consumer Goods; 4.Close relationship with investors and regulators; 5.Have excellent judgment with logic thinking and written express ideas in verbal and written methods; 6.Fluent in Mandarin and English; 7.Strong background and systemic skill set in due diligence process for potential new investments, including market research and analysis of industry trends, financial modeling, and valuation; 8.Solid presentation skills to organize materials for the firm IC committee and its portfolio companies.
