We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Commercialisation Manager Liquidity and Investment Products.
Build on the market leading position of the Bank to drive greater penetration of HSBC's liquidity and investment solutions through an expanded commercialisation effort
Be responsible for development and execution of liquidity product portfolio propositions by working closely with internal teams within Global Liquidity and Cash Management and external stakeholders
Strengthen market position through demonstration of excellence in client advisory and thought leadership
Revenue improvement from increased usage of liquidity and investment solutions, clear understanding and execution of bank's funding & balance sheet strategy, appropriate application of business pricing dynamics
Identify and translate market opportunities into new business revenues for the bank
Lead activities, engagement and interaction at Industry Events
University degree in related disciplines
Experience working in client facing banking functions such as corporate banking relationship management or sales, experience of working in Corporate Treasury or Finance function
Strong knowledge on Cash and Treasury Management practices
Strong understanding in Liquidity Management strategies, structures, products and services, specifically with exposure to liquidity management and investment products
Strong understanding of banking, investment and cash management regulation & practices, such as foreign exchange controls, relevant taxation considerations
Strong understanding of on and off-balance sheet deposit products and strategies
A track record of gaining an understanding of customers needs and delivering excellent customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonally skills
Strong and effective stakeholder management skills
Good numerical and analytical skills with strong commercial awareness
