We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager, Stress Testing Execution.
Responsible for managing the end to end delivery of Regional stress tests, and support the delivery of Global and country level stress tests.
Key areas of accountability will include, but are not limited to stress test planning, managing stakeholders and strategic partners, communication process, process design and improvements, Instructions and Documentation, chairing committees and working groups, presentation to senior audience across various functions.
Ensures regulatory requirements captured in the preparation of execution plans. Maintains critical relationships and interactions with the Lines of Business, Regional and Functional Leads. Responsible for managing and resolving the actions, risks and issues arising from Projections Execution activity.
Oversees the tracking of requirements risks, issues, and dependencies, and assesses the impact on the delivery on conjunction with the Projections delivery leads.
Engages across business lines and regions, and promotes strategic business discussions on execution instructions and requirements.
Influences and collaborates with stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence outcomes.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the dedicated stress testing sub function, both at Group level and in Regions. Run processes in an auditable and transparent manner, and explain processes to Internal Audit and to regulators, and address issues where identified.
Support regulatory and compliance matters and the management of operational risk in the area of responsibility.
Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Science, Business Administration or a related field.
Professional qualifications in risk, finance and project management not mandatory but advantageous. Solid experience in banking, project management, process engineering, business consulting or financial analysis.
Overall banking and financial services industry knowledge.
Experience in working across cultures and regions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrates ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and multitask efficiently.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
Good project management skills including planning, delivery and knowledge of the project lifecycle.
Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is mandatory.
Knowledge of programming, database and statistical softwares, such as VBA, SAS, MatLab, would be advantageous. Good command of written and verbal English, other languages would be an advantage.
