The objective of this position is to assist the Equity Trading division by enhancing trading activity year on year via the in-depth analysis of the below concepts relative to the Investment Team:

Additionally, the successful candidate will be a conceptual thinker with solid investment acumen, able to provide quantitative solutions and enhancement recommendations to the Front Office for effective implementation. Please also note that this is a new position that will require the constant re-evaluating of findings and the validating of hypothesis therefore, exceptional ability to articulate complex findings to the business is key.
Minimum of two years TCA experience
In-depth knowledge of Equities and Trading
Knowledge of Market Structure relative to Equities
Knowledge of Mifid II and the impacting factors following the January 2018 implementation
Ideally a holder of a full CFA or working towards (minimum level two passed)
Educated to Masters' or PhD level in a numerate subject
Strong IT/computer programming skills required e.g. VBA, Excel, Python, Matlab
Salary £60,000 - £80,000
