We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Direct Channel Manager.
Ensure the global competitiveness of the Direct Channels through effective and efficient management and processes
Follow a standardized approach to the delivery of capability across the platforms
Ensure that engagement with product groups to define and deliver online product capability is reflected in product and program delivery
Within the program, manage activities that support the demise of non standard platforms
Conduct all product and program activity in line with Delivery Strategy of the Global Order book
Manage all product and program activity in accordance with the business application of the technology strategy
Manage all product and program risks including risk associated with fraud, data management, legal, regulatory and compliance
Assist and advise Sales in handling customer requirements
Attend, on demand, client face to face meetings
Attend several Markets events to provide Sales assistance and enhance Market and Business Knowledge and visibility
Product Management experience
Programme Delivery or Process improvement experience
Payments and Cash Mangement experience
Experience in managing Digital platforms
Commercial and Corporate customers
Experienced project or programme manager with relationship management skills or industry product specialist
High level of business acumen and commercial awareness, together with a sound knowledge of the full range of transaction banking products commerce and or ecommerce
Relevant transaction banking product knowledge
Knowledge of subsidiaries and product ranges
High level oral and written communication skills and presentation skills including public speaking
Technical and Computer skills and technical knowledge
Complex and analytical reasoning
Treasury or Foreign Exchange knowledge
