We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Asset, Liability and Capital Management Operations Manager.
To support the BAU report production, including the implementation and production of Basel 3 liquidity reporting
To produce the stress testing outputs for HKMA
To participate in the ALCM change agenda and other relevant initiatives
Support report production related to IRRBB, liquidity, funding and structural Foreign Exchange for internal and external reporting.
Interpret instructions and assess requirements for stress testing.
Perform first line of review of the results and submission templates.
Support ALCM change agenda and implement the required changes to the regional process
Support offshoring initiatives through identifying and implementing required process changes and guiding offshore staff as required
Provide cover, as required, for ad hoc data request
Strong financial, regulatory, Management Information reporting or risk modeling experience
Experience of reporting at a consolidated level
Good knowledge of Group systems and financial reporting processes
Ability to articulate reporting requirements and implement changes
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Sound judgement and decision making record
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex ideas
Ability to prioritise and manage competing responsibilities within required timeframes and standards.
Ability to work under pressure without undue supervision.
