We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Client Implementation Manager, Regional .
Work closely with the Finance Team of clients to implement GLCM services that vary from simple domestic solutions to complex multiple country and multiple product deals
Understand client's business process and requirements to formulate sound implementation and transition plans to accelerate revenue growth.
Orchestrate internal departments and work with implementation teams in different countries to ensure products and services are delivered in a consistent and coordinated manner
Provide exceptional customer services to strengthen client relationship
Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness and mitigate operational risk.
University graduate with a relevant business degree
Working experience in banking with strong and diverse knowledge of the Bank's products, services, systems, procedures and operations.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
Attention to detail
Highly motivated self-starter, achievement driven, and a strong team player
Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential, as is a confident, analytical and independent work style
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
