The Job Holder is accountable for develop and implement efficient sales and marketing strategies to achieve the desired growth and sustainable long-term profitability in the brokerage channel.
Deploy effective and efficient sales and marketing strategies to grow offshore clients including PRC
Significantly increase the sales from offshore market by acquiring new and profitable partnership, as well as deepen relationship with existing distributors
Develop training and marketing programs to raise the profile of Manulife and select hero products for offshore market
Coordinate with IFP and other stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives to grow our sales and also provide high quality services and supports to the consultants/clients
Maintain strong internal control and compliance
Degree holder with major in Business or Finance
At least 8 years in key account management role with full sales, preferably P&L accountability
Demonstrable track record of success
Able to create a positive work relationship with senior executives internally and externally
Strong interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
Good customer service and continuous improvement orientation
Good leadership and teamwork
PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
