Due to our phenominal success, we currently have t wo new opportunties for experienced Product Developers, for Financial Markets to:
  • Design and develop FM related data analytics.
  • Extract value from FM data assets.
  • Provide necessary data analytics support to various FM sales and trading desks.
  • Work alongside existing analytics or data centric teams to enable a consistent approach for FM data requirements.
  • Deliver of specific projects within agreed timelines and resources.
Specific deliverables are likely to include:
  • Develop dashboards using current visualization technologies
  • Capture requirements and developing functional prototypes in KDB and current visualization technologies
  • Support the FM business in providing analysis and 3rd level application support where necessary
  • Work in close collaboration with other Data Analytics Group team members with continuous sharing of knowledge, ideas and best practice approaches.
  • Keep up to date with current visualization and presentation technologies and standards
  • Continuously seek feedback from stakeholders.

Our ideal candidates will:
  • Have extensive development experience in the FX & Rates business
  • Be experts in Java (Swing & FX), HTML5 (Angular, React, GWT)
  • Be experienced in KDB and Python development and able to use Git and Stash
  • Be experienced in developing functional specifications within the FX and Rates business functions
  • Experienced in using testing frameworks to support development.
  • Previous exposure to financial markets (quantitative finance, derivatives trading) would be highly desirabel, but not essential.
