As Director, Corporate Solution, you will drive the execution of our China's go to market strategies for corporate segment. You will develop relationship with banks to develop successful partnership to raise the branding and awareness among Chinese corporates. You are expected to:
Execute market growth strategic plan. Identify target customers and their needs. Define value proposition and develop improved/new product concepts and/or business solutions requirements to address customer needs
Define joint go-to-market plan with banks which includes conducting joint workshops and events internally in banks.
Coordinate bank readiness program for corporates by liaising with the list of banks which corporates have account with
Manage product launch projects, coordinate all aspects of the marketing plan (product/pricing offer, promotion, development of user documentation, training of customers and commercial divisions. )
Organise thought leadership workshops/events and be a market leader in driving industry adoption of new initiatives and solutions. Be the Corporate Team spokesperson internally and externally in industry events, media communications and write articles
Liaise with other divisions/departments, customers, regulatory bodies and industry associations and make presentations.
Keep abreast of trends in the industry and share information with other divisions/departments
At least ten years' experience in the transaction banking industry, preferably in a product management and / or sales role with in-depth exposure to Asia markets (China in particular) and expertise in Trade / Supply Chain / Bank Onboarding Program / Cash & FX Management
Ability to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment and across geographies and teams
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills including at senior management
