Background: The role is part of the Global Transaction Services Technology (GTST) Business Support team in Asia within the Global Technology & Operations line of business .
Financial control / budgeting, tracking and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, occupancy planning and process improvement
Assist with ongoing support in the critical area of Business Management reporting including: Scorecard documentation, process flow and other reporting/analysis as needed
Management of communications routines including Town Hall preparations, newsletters, employee engagement activities & management presentation
Drive cross coordination / execution of Risk activities and assessment. This includes strong execution/ process focus to drive remediation, monitor progress, and go-to-green plans where known risk control gaps exist.
Proficient with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel

Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership
