As an Associate in our London office you will work alongside and assist senior bankers in large complex transaction execution projects and business development. You will be part of a small and dynamic team that will count on your contribution. The work is fast-paced, demanding and intellectually stimulating.
As an Investment Banking Associate your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Performing in-depth analysis and financial modelling, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Assisting with Business Development efforts, including financial analysis, market research and the development of marketing materials
Preparation of marketing materials for live deals (information memoranda, investor presentations, financial models etc.)
Undertaking valuation analysis of companies, including comparable companies' analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and leverage buyout analysis
Managing and coaching junior team members
The ideal candidate will have:
At least 3 years work experience within financial services, ideally investment banking
Strong accounting and financial statement analysis skills with attention to details
Strong quantitative and technical skills
Ability to manage expectations of senior bankers while working on simultaneous projects
High sense of responsibility and ability to work in small deal teams
Ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines
Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal and computer skills
Attained a strong academic record from a top tier university
