Assisting Operations Manager and Head of Operations on NAV and performance calculation of the funds.
Prepare accurate daily/weekly/monthly fund reports by using portfolio management systems
Handle general fund administration functions such as reconciliations, cash management, corporate actions subscription, and funds redemptions
Handle enquiries from fund managers, internal departments and investors
Post entries to the accounting system, confirm all settlements with brokers, and set-up instructions for wire receipts and wire payments.
Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned
BA Degree/ Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years' experience in the fund management or related industry
Derivative product knowledge and corporate action is advantageous
Capable of building and maintaining relationships with counterparties
Strong communication skills and possesses intellectual curiosity with an eagerness to learn
Ability to work well under pressure and within a deadline driven environment
Experience with either OMS or PMS required (i.e. Eze Castle (OMS) or Geneva/ Tradar/ Enfusion/ Aexeo (PMS))
Good command of both written and spoken English
