Work closely with Fund Administration to ensure an accurate, complete and timely NAV calculation
Assist Head of Investment Operations to oversee all post-trade processes, corporate actions, trade settlements and cash management
Perform control functions to determine trades, positions and pricing and ensure all data are captured completely & accurately
Negotiate ISDA trading terms & facilitate with brokers as needed
Assist with the formation and maintenance of new investment funds and manage relevant accounts (review offering documents and advisory agreements)
Manage counterparties (Auditors, Prime brokers, Fund Administrators, ISDA counterparties, Regulators, Legal, etc.) as needed
Ensure smooth operations by constantly reviewing operational risk & efficiencies
Provide support on regulatory reporting and assist Legal & Compliance on regulatory related filling as needed
A minimum of 5 years of experience at Fund Operations and/or Fund Administration on Hedge Funds.
Srong working knowledge of OTC derivatives accounting.
Strong working knowledge of Advent Geneva PMS and ideally Eze Castle OMS.
Bachelor Degree in business or accounting with a strong focus on fund accounting.
Experienced in a Multi-Strategy Fund with product knowledge of credit, convertible bonds, derivatives would be a great advantage.
Experience with the preparation and review of annual Fund audits
Working knowledge of Series Accounting; Treasury related experience; or Fund of Hedge Funds operational experience will be an asset.
Excellent communication skills, highly independent self-starter.
Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.
