The Sales Support Manager is responsible for providing overall sales support for Asia ex Japan Institutional and Private Bank business. The role will be involved in all the main aspects of a successful institutional / private bank business from strategy formulation and planning to business development with prospects and on boarding of new clients to ensuring the highest standards of client service and management existing relationships. The role will directly manage the regional team and RFP team and work closely with the country level teams to develop and execute the business strategy.
Provide day-to-day support to the Institutional and Private Bank business.
Work closely with the entire team to ensure they are fully prepared to interact with clients and promote Fidelity strategies and funds.
Develop and manage sales support materials including portfolio review meetings material, sales pitch materials, and regular factsheet.
Handle daily inquiries from clients ranging from marketing material delivery to basic operational issues.
Coordinate various client communications (Correspondence development, distribution, etc.)
Manage the compliance clearance process of marketing materials with various team.
Develop and organise various client events such as client seminars/roadshows, education trainings and due diligence meetings.
Develop and maintain various reports both ad hoc and standard.
Interact with other business units to ensure the team is able to operate at the peak of efficiency at all time (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
Organize and communicate sales figure updates on a regular basis (Daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
Coordinate and manage project for the business including CRM system, product launch, in-house developed tools, etc.
Experience and Qualifications Required
A Bachelor degree, preferably in a business-related subject.
Strong computer skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Chinese typing, Access, Publisher
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English and Chinese. Cantonese and Mandarin language skills desirable
Excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
A consummate team player with a strong sense of commitment to the business
Assertive and able to deal effectively with all levels both within and outside the organization
Able to work quickly and efficiently, under pressure to meet deadlines
