Research, analysis and advice regarding new investment opportunities
Timely preparation of investment appraisals on acquisitions, disposals and asset management initiatives
Identification and sourcing of debt funding (investment and construction)
Financial modelling at a deal and portfolio level
Manage timely execution of transactions, including due diligence (debt financing, acquisitions and disposals)
Supervise internal teams and 3rd parties to deliver required transaction documentation to ensure swift execution of investment projects at maximum commercial advantage
Loan compliance and funder reporting (incl. early warning system for breaches to covenant)
Preparation of teasers, pitch books and other marketing material
Produce periodic reports summarising financial positions on all 'live' investment opportunities and identify trends and/or potential roadblocks impacting commercial viability.
Support internal teams on all investment and commercial related issues to ensure accurate reporting and management of financial opportunities
5 - 8 years' experience of Real Estate investment with at least 2 years spent in a PE environment
Excellent modelling skills and presentation
Able to run deals independently
Commercially minded and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast paced and changeable environment
