We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Management Specialist .
Drive and support Asia Country Technology team collaborations
Collaborate with ASP countries, ASP International CIO, entity CIO and IT stakeholders.
Drive and implement Get the Basics Right on financials such as GPDM, vendor and accruals, headcounts, resources management, timesheet booking, mandatory training, etc
Support IT Cost Management process for countries.
Design and produce management reporting to support countries and entities.
Act as the command center to which senior stakeholders can approach.
You will be responsible for resolving issues and providing advice.
Perform other roles in Information Technology Chief Operations Office functions as needed.
Degree in computer science, information technology, or related disciplines
Exposure to multiple global business or global function in HSBC
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional analytical, organizational, planning and management skills
Solid project or portfolio management experience.
PMP or PRINCE2 certificate holder preferred but not essential
Knowledge in DevOps and Agile
Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision
Capability to handle multitasks and work under pressure
Ability to find ways of solving or pre empting problems
