Support the Client Relationship Management Team on agreed third party client relationships, developing relationships across investment teams, client geographies and distribution channels including Action Plans, day-to-day management, issue resolution.
Maintenance of all client related contact on Salesforce CRM system
Be a contributor to the development of the Client Relationship function.
Build strong relationships with investment teams, ensuring that investment and product knowledge is up-to-date.
Build strong relationship with Middle Office in order to ensure that clients receive the highest standard of operational support.
The candidate should be IMC or equivalent qualified and be willing to study to become CFA or CAIA qualified
European language skills preferable but not essential
First rate written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial products, pensions and investments
