We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Officer, MPF Quality Development and Regulatory Reporting.
To conduct thorough investigation, ensure all complaints are handled professionally and settled within internal and external service standards.
To provide the support to the team by liaising with different stakeholders for their supporting including but not limited to call escalation, case resolution and so on.
To ensure complaints are strictly adhered to the bank Complaint Handling Policy, related policies of regulatory bodies and Compliance and Control policies.
To identify and highlight impact areas from the complaint analysis and liaise with the concerned parties to drive for improvement.
To ensure all customers are well served in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
To check the data provided in the reply letters are accurate.
To assist in formulating and updating procedures and guidelines.
To support the supervisor on customer service projects for MPF.
To offer guidance and advice to hotline staff on resolving customer complaints.
To comply with the group service standard and regulatory timeline.
University degree in Business or related discipline
Customer services and operations experience on MPF or ORSO retirement schemes
Organized and customer oriented
Good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to learn and strives for continuous improvement
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
