You will be responsible as a product manager for structure notes and bonds. You will work with Regional Product team & third-party Issuers from end-to-end towards launching Structured Notes. Other duties include working with:
Legal & Compliance groups for any products/service offerings and amendments
Sales Platforms & related groups to facilitate smooth product launch and post launch sales support
Marketing teams on any promotional offers across various channels and customer touch-points
Operations & Technology groups for system enhancement and BAU management
various internal units for any new initiatives and enhancements of existing products/processes
Investments Product head and Investments Director to help fulfill the business strategy and direction
You will be responsible for developing Product MIS to aid ongoing strategy shift in line with business direction & market shifts and continuous improvements to the wholesaling process in the distribution platform
You should have a Degree with at least 3 years' experience in Investment/banking, predominantly in product/business development roles. An advanced Degree or Finance related certification will be an advantage. You should also have sound knowledge of Financial Markets and/or Treasury Products. Adequate financial market exposure will be an advantage
Good analytical skills as well as ability to work independently under pressure and with various internal groups are essential. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with a variety of internal departments and groups
