Support the Global Client Strategy Officer and the CSO Chief of Staff on strategic, operational and daily business matters
Provide senior management support with the creation of presentations, compiling responses to management committee requests and preparation for meetings with key stakeholders
Help develop concepts and write compelling speeches/presentations for the Client Strategy Officer regarding firm strategy, client and advisor research, and business progress (both internal [i.e. Senior Management Dialogue] & external [i.e. Women in the World] audiences)
Manage preparation and logistics for all home office and global meetings with various constituents (i.e. FAs/CAs, field management, clients, prospects, colleagues, etc. as needed)
Handle incoming inquiries/requests to the Global Client Strategy Officer in an effective and timely manner
As required – support with HR-related issues and processes including headcount tracking, new hire requests and approvals, PMM process, etc.
Independent leadership of special projects as needed
Your experience and skills:
Working knowledge of financial services business
Ability to simplify and package complex concepts
Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong leadership, influencing skills and people management
Ability to partner effectively with others and navigate the organization at all levels including senior leaders
Trustworthiness with highly confidential information
Project management skills, strong analytical ability and attention to detail
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
