We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Retail Risk Analytics Manager .
This role is to support business growth and risk management for HSBC Asia Pacific retail credit portfolios through the use of advanced analytics.
Design strategy to make better use of existing scorecards by reducing complexity and increasing transparency of segmentation.
Oversight of the HSBC Asia Pacific retails portfolio in terms of risk undertaking, profitability and suggest improvement on strategies through end to end review.
Simplify and automate acquisition and portfolio management decisions by developing and utilizing advanced analytics and models.
Rationalize credit policy rules to support business growth and enabled Straight Through Processing.
Engage with local countries to proactively support business initiatives and provide recommendations to achieve Annual Operations Plan targets.
Identify gaps in current operation and suggest measures to streamline operation process and enhance customer experience.
Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing, statistics or business related discipline
Moderate years of experience in credit cycle management and or credit risk management in retail banking environment. Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Manager role.
Good understanding of acquisition and portfolio management methodologies.
Experience in utilizing data analytics for robust strategy design and development.
Ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units at senior levels within the organization
