Our client is loking for a Head of Sales in NY. This role is an extremely exciting team to lead a team here in the U.S. as well as London and other parts of Europe. They are looking for an individual who would sit in a player-coach role as well as manage a team of 10+.
Lead the global sales team in retaining clients, upselling and gaining new-logo business in order to meet and exceed targets
Introduce and maintain rigorous sales processes, working closely with marketing, sales operations, and finance
Recruit, train, manage and develop high-performing salespeople
Manage the expense P&L of the global sales team to agreed targets and ratios
International travel to develop the business and team in Europe and Asia
Experience Required: Must have:
At least 5 years' experience at this level
Led subscription sales in an B2B information business
Run sales for a multi-product portfolio
Success in growing international teams and revenue
