The KYC Maintenance team member will be part of the PB Onboarding team supporting all aspects of Client Onboarding to include the fulfillment of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) requirements.
Responsible for ensuring that process outputs are of high quality, in line with internal quality standards and escalating any issues to the Document Review / KYC Maintenance Team Lead
Production of critical metrics and reporting for project related reporting.
Responsible for coordinating the effective completion of each assigned case from initiation to completion
Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance, or any other equivalent qualification
Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in KYC, Client Onboarding, including Documentation requirements for different Private Banking accounts
Prior working experience in mentoring, coordinating or leading a Team of Analyst for KYC projects
Strong understanding of KYC, AML, Regulatory requirements (i.e. HKMA and MAS)
Strong knowledge of Private Banking industry and Middle to Back office Operations
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Adaptable to changing work processes and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
A dedicated team player with strong sense of leadership, ownership and responsibility, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers and team members
