Corporate Treasury desk strategies group has an open position in London. The group provides analytic support for Corporate Treasury globally and is a part of the MSSM (Morgan Stanley Strats and Modelling) organization. Main areas of focus are: long-term debt issuance and hedging, liquidity management, contingent funding plan, regulatory liquidity reporting, hedge accounting, structured notes issuance, and support of Corporate Treasury trading. An ideal candidate would have extensive experience in the financial industry as a desk strategist or a market modeller.
Skills required (essential)
- Experience of interest rate products - Phd/Master's degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics and Physics with a strong interest in using computer science methods and algorithms to apply in financial markets. - Strong programming skills. At minimum, this position requires programming in Python, Scala, C++ or KDB/Q - Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
