The Regional Wealth Management Advisory Head will lead the Regional Advisory team in delivering the industry's highest level of wealth advisory via multi-platform distribution which differentiates Citi's WM offer to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships. Devise and implement an enhanced advisory framework for APAC countries with a tailored proposition for each segment - Citigold Private Client, Citigold, CitiPriority and Citibanking including Deposits, FX, Investments and Insurance. The key success factor is to integrate advisory components to deliver a holistic, value-added and compelling offer. The components include market updates/outlook, Investor Strategy, Citi Houesview, Model Portfolios, Investment Product Advice and Tools including Portfolio 360, Total Wealth Advisory (TWA), Citigold Diversification Index (CDI), Control Room Platform. Other responsibilities include:
Devise and implement an enhanced advisory framework for APAC countries with a tailored proposition for each segment - Citigold Private Client, Citigold, CitiPriority and Citibanking
Develop and execute wealth management advisory strategies across all product classes incorporating Citi's house view., including rollout of advisory training for front-line staff
Drive Local and regional media presence as well as Leverage multi-media platforms to roll out cutting edgy advisory communications, launch portfolio action efforts via effective and relevant investment research, key action plans and product ideas
Manage and enhance Citibank's advisory tools across the region, including strong adoption & high usage in countries
The ideal Candidate will meet the following requirements:-
Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Business / Quantitative Analysis. Relevant Masters' qualification is preferred
At least 11 years' of in-depth experience managing Advisory, Product Management and Relationship Management with direct experience building Advisory Platforms including a strong knowledge of global equity, fixed income and commodity markets
Strong multi-market experience including regulatory policies covering Deposits, FX, Investments and Insurance
Proven track record of leading multi-country Wealth Management businesses with specific experience in building / turning around businesses
Requires use of conceptual and innovative thinking
Ability to drive a primary impact on a significant business function with strategic influence on the overall business
Developed communication and diplomacy skills used to direct / persuade / influence others
