Provide support on analyzing existing and new policies applicable to GBAM Asia; implementation of processes enabling compliance with the same, in collaboration with COOs and support Partners. Ensure that global banking & markets activities are compliant with internal and external regulatory guidelines
Maintenance of SID/SMA (Supervisory Information database and supervisory management application) infrastructure and testing of documented supervisory procedures against actual process
Associate on-boarding and enablement (new hires & transfers)
Quarterly/Semi-Annual Controls Check - Voice Recording, Outlook Delegation, Registration & Licensing etc.
Mandatory Leave Control
Trader Mandate Review and Refresh
Cross Border Travel Guideline and process control enhancement
Expense monitoring and related controls for policy adherence
Business Continuity response plans and readiness and testing
Information protections management - Trouble shooting and liaising with GIS/GAO to resolve issues raised by GBAM Security Point of Contact (SPOC) on security control and user access review requirement
Any other adhoc projects that management require us to work on
Bachelor's Degree graduate
Prior experience working in within Business Control, Compliance, Operations and Support preferred
