The main purpose of this role is to assist in preparation of marketing materials and all necessary documents in the context of M&A executions and origination; Also act as a key junior support to the other senior members of the team especially when PRC clients are involved.
Reports to: MD, Co-Head of General M&A and Transaction Team
Assist in preparation of pitch books for General M&A and Transaction team
Assist in identifying risks and possible solutions in the course of execution of M&A transactions
Assist in preparing all necessary documents for regulatory authorities and reports needed by investors in executing mandated transactions
Assist in valuations including cash flow analysis and comparable ratios
Assist in planning stage such as determining terms and structure of transaction, timetable
Liaise and co-ordinate with relevant parties to obtain essential data and information
Assist in preparation of necessary documentation, including valuation reports information, memorandums, prospectuses
