Assist in formulating company strategic direction and initiatives including:
Elaborate and implement the strategic business plan including Business to Client, Business and Family Office clients globally.
Build and develop a sales organization that covers all aspects of the companys geographical locations and product range.
Ensure follow up and development of a portfolio of clients & demonstrate and represent the high level of professionalism the company while monitoring market and identify potential new clients and geographies.
Conduct a detailed analysis and assessment of existing products leading to a proposal of new products, services and associated sales opportunities
Be responsible for Sales plan execution using systems to ensure delivery by introducing KPIs, targets, plans and goal setting
Ensure the maintain effective and efficient CRM including the growth of corporate partner group.
In cooperation with the Marketing Director:
Set up and manage internal marketing team who will participate in new product development as well as the revitalization of the existing products and services
Control and direct marketing research and advertising
Form strategy for PR activities alongside the control of promotional and marketing material regionally.
Significant experience in a senior financial sales management position, ideally as a Sales Director of Business Development Director at board level resulting in significant revenue growth. Including.
Significant experience in either Private Banking/Wealth Management or the Luxury Brands Industry .
Recognised background within the HNW and UHNW markets working within financial product sales.
Proven track record in the successful development of a sales team and business development strategy.
Exceptional background in managing globally diverse sales teams including both direct reports as well as an agency network.
Ability to transfer and convert an existing client base within aggressive timescales.
Fluency in English, other European languages are an advantage.
