Provide coverage and due diligence in the equity and fixed income markets so Professionals clients may utilize it in the asset allocation process
Complete technical and fundamental analysis
Generate investment opportunities
Support the sales force to ensure the maintenance of existing accounts as well as growth og new accounts
Ensure the excellence and quality of service to clients in order to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
Execute trades in client accounts in accordance with client orders
Manage under appropriate supervision the selected portfolios of clients
Advise clients on specific and tactical solutions
Generate new business opportunities and promote the development of the Active Investment Services through marketing to sales force and clients
Understand client's investment situation, goals and objectives and work with Bankers to develop an investment plan
Present, defend and participate in the definition of the Investment Strategy through an active participation in different working groups
Contributes to the evaluation, control and minimization of risks within the Department activity
Reduce administrative problems improvements in the processes
Support the risk control process and established procedures/regulations
Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
5-10 years of experience in Asset Management, Treasury, Capital Markets or related activity
CFA certification preferable but not required
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to detect and anticipate major market trends Creativity, with a sense of initiative Ability to work in a team based environment Software skills (excel, access, macros) and good knowledge of Bloomberg
Languages English and Spanish (Portuguese would be a plus)
Capable of performing analysis of markets, interpreting data based in formal knowledge and experience and disseminating information appropriately to internal and external customers
Able to adjust communication style based on customer
Capable of highly independent work and act as a self-starter in completing market analysis and identifying potential areas of opportunity
Good knowledge of the Latin American financial markets
Understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction as it applies to ultra-high-net-worth clients
