Team Summary: Global Fixed Income Cash Middle Office
The role encompasses assisting in the support of the Securitized Products Group's Max Recovery Australia principal investment business. The business purchases bankruptcy consumer receivables from credit card issuers, banks, and financial institutions. The core asset for Max Recovery is primarily an unsecured, charged-off, credit card account within a structured bankruptcy/insolvency proceeding.
Deal Administration: These functions include overseeing the client funding and deal settlement processes including client portfolio support for the life of the portfolio.
Internal Servicing: partner with the Mumbai payment processing team to ensure all cash received is appropriately applied or refunded if received in error
Master Servicing: partner with the external servicers to make sure all KPI's are met as well as ensuring system to system integrity is maintained.
Ability to multitask and to work under pressure, prioritizing duties according to risk and client profiles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to partner with teams across Operations, technology, finance and the front office
Demonstrate the ability to identify issues and escalate timely while understanding potential risks and looking to mitigate control gaps where necessary
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint a must.
Experience in an operations role a plus
