Analyze third-party investment managers (focusing on smaller niche players) across sectors and geographies. Provide investment rationale of recommended managers to the CIO, then to the investment committee.
Develop IT tools to analyze third-party managers.
Work with other team members on how selected managers fit within our asset allocation.
Work with the team, external consultants and partners on how to promote sustainable practices in the managers we invest in.
Educate charitable foundations on best investment practices.
Report directly to the CIO.
Working language: English.
Salary: TBC + bonus + the possibility to eventually become a Partner of the firm.
1 to 4 years investment experience (ideally, but not necessarily in a manager selection role).
Strong IT and quantitative skills.
Good (verbal and written) communication skills.
Passionate about investing. Equally passionate about making the world a better place.
A friendly, rigorous, independent-minded self-starter who enjoys working in a close-knit team.
Fluent in English and at least one European language other than English or French (ideally, German or Dutch).
Authorized to work in the EU.
