As a member of our Software Engineering Group you willdive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses andcareers. You'll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders upto speed on the progress of what's being developed. This role requires a wide variety of strengths andcapabilities, including:
Advanced knowledge of application, data andinfrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design acrossall systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Ability to collaborate with high-performingteams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
P roficiency in one or more general purposeprogramming languages like Python, Java, C++
Understanding of software skills such asbusiness analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
Comfortable working in a fast paced high pressure environment
Comfortable to own the full Software development lifecycle
Good analytical skills
Financial Product Knowledge, especially Rates and FX products are beneficial
