Leading property fund manager is looking for a motivated and talented individual to join the Client Services team to deliver top-class client services to investors across the globe.
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the database, Investor Portal and assist with the administration of the Client Services programme for existing investors and operational needs of the team.
You will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to details and strong communication skills
Experience and qualifications -
Experience in a financial administration / client relationship management role Degree educated Intermediate level in MS Office Outstanding communication skills
Responding to day-to-day investor needs such as ad-hoc email queries, quarterly questionnaires and audit requests
Distributing client communications and investor documents Assisting with the client take-on process, KYC-AML checks, client information tracker and record-keeping when required General support to include document creation and formatting (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Publisher) and assistance with ad-hoc projects
