Work with client groups to identify the priority Use Cases for analytics and data science to improve decision making across the Consumer Business, improve customer experience and generate new revenue streams
Build market leading analytical applications using techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, event triggers, optimisation and customer segmentation to solve the priority Use Cases.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate actionable customer insight to improve key business outcomes
Support the deployment of world-class analytics capabilities and practices to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency of the OCBC Consumer Financial Services division. This includes:
Understand and solve identified business problems from curated datasets.
Design analytical solutions and experiments.
Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, visualization and develop models.
Model validation and deployment
Design management dashboards and data visualisations
Provision of ongoing support to senior management for development of new customer applications to support customer acquisition, cross-sell and engagement initiatives.
Regular interaction with product and segment managers to understand their business objectives. Proactive recommendation on how analytics could help them achieve their goals.
