Full responsibility for maximising value of existing property portfolio with the potential opportunity to invest
$140-$175k salary package plus STI (commensurate to experience)
Our client is a private property investing group which takes ownership and asset management of a varied and complex portfolio of assets in Australia's premier real estate markets on their own and other family offices behalf. Despite tight market conditions, our client is still poised to grow its investment portfolio and there is now a need to bring on board an Investment Portfolio Manager who will have responsibility for the management, operations and financial return of key assets with the potential to work on future acquisitions.
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
Optimising the value of existing assets through effective asset management and ensuring the most efficient use of investor capital
Designing and implementing strategic initiatives for all assets to deliver improvements in efficiency, functionality and returns
Contribute to the growth of portfolio by advising on potential acquisition targets
Preparation of relevant budgets and reports to ensure assets are on track
The successful candidate will bring 4-8 years' property and strategic asset management experience with a proven track record in maximising the value of assets as well as maximising use and return of investor capital. You must also be able to demonstrate the ability to design and execute property level strategies across a complex and varied portfolio of assets. Those who were able to demonstrate an investor's mindset in potentially growing their own portfolio via acquisition would be highly regarded. You will be an energetic, outgoing individual with the ability to build rapport and network with a diverse range of stakeholders.
