Responsible for formulating and implementing the growth and retention strategies for 3 key client segments - UHNW, HNW and emerging affluent, with the aim to achieve the Bank's business targets
Collaborate with the business analytics teams to set-up MIS tracking with triggers that the portfolio management team will use to implement timely actions that will help drive client growth and retention strategies
Using analytics, identify clients' needs and work collectively with product, channel and marketing teams to cross-sell suitable bundled products and services to meet target clients' needs holistically
Through analyzing customer behavior and needs, referencing market research and customer profile, propose actionable initiatives, in line with the defined value proposition of strategic sub-segments, for cross-sell, segment upgrade, customer loyalty enhancement and retention
Ensure that the progress of all initiatives are tracked so that learning can be used to improve initiatives going forward
Ensure customer issues are resolved within the SLA and prompt follow-up to ensure closure in issues
Assist the team in preparing business updates to Senior Managers
Degree holder with 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in Consumer Banking
Has at least 1 year of experience in business analysis
Has a good track record of managing and interacting well with internal stakeholders
Familiar with banking products and operations
Ability to work and cope under pressure with accuracy and commitment
A good team player who can work well with product, sales and operations teams
Extremely meticulous and systematic with an eye for detail
