Duties: (this list is not exhaustive but highlights some key areas of responsibility which will be required in this role): Day to Day Administration:
Media Scanning: search the media for major information on the industry, clients, competitors, new products and trends, and make sure RMs and coverage teams are updated accordingly
Client Communication: prepare and facilitate bespoke communication to clients in accordance with guidance from SRMs
Client Events: assist RMs in preparing invitations for clients to Events. Help communicate feedback on demand to Events Organiser. Help RMs chase for responses
Prepare accurate up-to-date Client Briefing Memos: prepare in line with template requirements. Connect with internal stakeholders to make sure information gathered is correct
Prepare Call Reports: attend client meetings with RMs as required. After client meetings, call reports are required to be written commenting on main topics discussed and action items. Help with the follow-up on Action Items
Analysis and Report Generation:
Campaigns and Initiatives: support as requested with preparing, planning and execution of campaigns. This includes researching, positioning, helping promote and gathering feedback and following-up on Action Items
Client Lists: help Management with analysis of client opportunity and establishment of the optimal client universe for APAC RM team. Help with preparation of analytics around client lists for each RM as well as for the APAC RM team as a whole, including analyzing revenue gaps as well as revenue and ranking trends
Monthly Scorecards: help with preparation of monthly scorecards for RMs ubckudig Up/Down Report and Analysis, Revenue Scorecard, Ranking Scorecard etc., and as directed
Monthly MBRs: help prepare in accordance with usual practice. Prepare final report on salient themes and trends for use by Senior Management and other internal stakeholders
Client Business Plans: work with RMs on preparation of client Business plans
Initiative and proactivity: are expected
Responsiveness: be accessible and responsive to all stakeholders
Strong Communication and Network Building Skills: ability to form strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Internally this includes Markets product partners, support and control function partners and counterparties in global RM teams of London and New York. Work together to achieve mutual goals
Integrity and Compliance: ensure compliance with all Citi and industry and other rules, regulations and policies as appropriate
Knowledge/Experience: Good understanding of the Financial Services industry and its products and services
Strong administrative and organizational skills. Keen eye for detail, accuracy and swift execution of tasks at hand. Comfortable with usage of IT systems. Strong data processing skills.
Strong work ethic, highly motivated and able to work independently and effectively under pressure
Good time management. Excellent and constructive communicator. Team player
