We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Process Digital lead.
Streamlining Continuous Improvement - Be responsible for developing & driving Process Reengineering best practices across Insurance in manufacturing and distribution markets with a focus on streamlining, automation and digitalization
Tools & Templates - Be responsible for creating/updating a library of process tools, templates and initiatives. Understand systems, processes and be able to translate business requirements, produce process maps and introduce best practice Lean Six Sigma tool libraries.
Digital Channels - Be a channels & Digital expert with an extensive knowledge of best practice, industry technology capabilities, and a strong understanding of sales processes in any of the following (Branch, Contact Centres or Digital)
Customer Centric - Bring a digital led customer centric view of market place best practices to Insurance streamlining with a view to optimizing our client experience
Benchmark & Challenge - Develop benchmarking process / dashboard and challenge best practice for operation metrics including back office and sales performance
Project Management - Drive projects from inception, definition and delivery to benefits realization. Chair programme steering committee meeting which occur each month
Global Owner - Provide business leadership from a Streamlining Digital lens for for global / regional / local process improvement / streamlining and future state design / architecture
Customer Journey - Be at the forefront of optimizing and challenging customer journeys for selling and servicing insurance products across all channels with a view to improving the experience via digitalization. Challenge existing customer journeys and develop "To Be" processes aligned to Group Insurance and LOB strategic goals
Digitalization - For new digital experiences and features, lead the process from concept to implementation by working closely with cross-functional teams to clearly define customer experiences, business requirements and a uniform design. For existing products and features, this individual will contribute to the overall vision and roadmap of specific functions and features to ensure continuity. The role will collaborate across multiple departments, divisions and service providers, with a team-oriented, highly communicative, and collaborative approach. Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders within HSBC
Coaching - Support the up skilling of country process teams in Lean Six Sigma.
Extensive experience in Process Reengineering, Digital Project Management within Insurance settings at a Global spectrum
Possess strong knowledge in multiple life insurance markets
Proven experience and track records in delivering large global programme
Must possess Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, Prince 2, and PMP
Strong experience in building and managing long-term relationships in a complex matrix environment with all levels of stakeholders
Strong familiarity within the Bank is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English
