We're looking for someone like that to:
Help develop and implement the distribution business strategy in partnership with Sales Management
Coordinate Americas Sales initiatives across Equities and within Platform Sales & contribute to global projects
Help manage our framework that delivers client and sales data and analytics for the Sales organization including REVs, EP, Wallet Share & financial resource consumption
Coordinate Americas Platform Sales & Derivatives input into client segmentation and account planning processes, e.g., budgets, action plans, review forums
Contribute to Client EP methodology, reporting, analytics and usage
Work with front office and corporate center stakeholders to improve client lifecycle management in the Americas
Collaborate with peers across other business areas to share and implement best practices across the firm
Your team You'll be working in the Equities Distribution COO team in New York. You'll be working for the Global Equities Distribution Operating Officer and working closely with the Americas Head of Platform Sales. You will interact daily with the wider Equities COO teams, Sales, peers in other business areas and a range of F2B functions.
Your experience and skills You have:
strong interpersonal and communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas and analysis to senior management
a proven track record of interfacing with a wide range of people and have excellent time management and organizational skills
demonstrable success with executive-level initiatives, complex problem analysis and resolution, and handling multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously to deadline
Good understanding of Equities products including Derivatives and Financing
Good understanding of Equities Distribution - including client KPIs and infrastructure, relevant regulations and Equities products
Knowledge and experience in a Sales environment
a strategic and creative thinker, able to generate ideas and influence senior management
comfortable with data, able to identify risks and opportunities and react accordingly
a flexible self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively, across multiple regions
proficient across the Microsoft Office application suite and otherwise fully computer literate
