We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Associate Director, Business Manager.
Provide input to the design, implementation and control of a global distribution, service model and proposition for the global corporate client base
Work in partnership with the business heads and senior business leadership team to support setting strategy and engaging with stakeholders across the Global, Regional Businesses and Chief Operating Officer communities to translate this into effective regional execution and implementation plan
Ensure effective governance structures and processes are in place and implement consistent global risk and control standards for Global Markets Corporate Services, in conjunction with the Global Markets Corporate Services Control Office
Support both business requirements, change initiatives and implement operating efficiencies
Maximise Global Markets Corporate Services productivity to achieve assigned revenue target
Manage and develop partnerships with the various support functions, both internal and external, that support Sales and clients in order to ensure front to back efficiencies are achieved
University degree holder with prior relevant Business Management experience in a client relationship management context within financial services
Proven stakeholder management skills
Analytical, process driven mindset and intellectual curiosity
Process improvement or change management experience an advantage
Relationship management, sales, or client servicing experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks to challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Effective communication and presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English
