As more corporate and institutional clients continue to consolidate their banking activities with the introduction of payments and cash management services, the potential growth of this business is substantial. We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Client Implementation Manager I.
Work with local and regional GLCM team to ensure HSBC continues to be the lead Cash Management Bank in Asia;
Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction and that the solutions of the Bank are delivered best-in-class while actively seeking to maximize return from both domestic, regional and global cash management implementations;
Safeguard the Bank's interests by defining and implementing an efficient and professional Implementation process that streamlines workflow and ensure implemented solutions meet customer expectations and are compliant with the Bank's terms and conditions;
Identify additional business acquisition opportunities through understanding customers' business model and assisting customers in transitioning to HSBC;
Work closely with Sales/RMs to implement mandates and establishing business partnerships with clients and providing value added services;
Capture customers' voice and work closely with Product to enhance customers' banking experience;
Ensure that services needed for Customised Implementations are delivered within agreed timelines and to meet bank's commitments to customers' timelines;
Manage GLCM initiatives requiring implementation services and eventual commercialisation by ensuring expertise are developed for new products to capture market share.
Skills & Attributes
Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience in project implementation or project management;
Thorough and diverse knowledge of banking operations, products, services, and systems throughout Asia Pacific;
Need to have a high external profile, a confident outlook as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills, working together with companies Treasurers/Financial Controllers in providing advice and ongoing support;
Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project & Databse management);
Strong knowledge in Enterprise Resource Management systems and its behaviours
Have the ability to conduct system integration tests, file formats development and interact with IT specialist to handle technical discussion.
SWIFT knowledge and its implementation
Ability to deliver against a strict timeline;
High level of personal motivation, time management, planning and organisational skills;
Good command of spoken and written business English.
