What'sInItForYou: You will have the opportunity to travel to client sites and work with a diverse range of professionals across the sector. Your contribution will allow you to build relationships while partnering with client base to ensure loyalty and the well-being of the accounts on a daily basis.
You will lead an existing business base and manage existing accounts to grow and retain business and meet or exceed sales goals.
You will conduct regular status and strategy meetings with management to understand products and service's needs.
You will identify upsell opportunities from existing clients and new sales leads for revenue generation to promote business growth.
You will analyze clients' business needs and develops solutions and product improvements and new development opportunities to maintain and grow business.
You will maintain awareness of market and industry trends to understand visionary environment. Participate in sales conferences and events.
You will coach and mentor junior team members on internal systems and policies/procedures.
WhatWe'reLookingFor: We're looking for an individual with previous experience in a sales or client facing role that has experience managing a book of business within the Investment Banking field . Basic Qualifications:
4 or more years' experience in a client facing role.
Experience managing a book of business in a similar field.
Strong MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills are required, and any knowledge of CRM databases (such as Salesforce.com) would be advantageous
Experience managing a book of business within a similar Capital Markets Field
Goal and action orientated, with ability to work towards revenue targets within a business development environment
Experience in dealing with challenging situations, i.e. objection handling, overcoming gatekeepers etc.
Solid organization, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage a senior level audience
