We are seeking several support consultants for our offices in Geneva and Hong Kong.
Being in the support team, the consultants will be responsible for client satisfaction and the quality of products and services delivered by our firm. He will be working with executives at the highest levels.
The Consultants are required to gain a thorough knowledge of the client's business and demonstrate an on-going commitment and response to his or her clients' needs and satisfaction.
As the primary client contact, the consultants will be required to forge positive relationships with his/her clients through consistent contact and diligent client service.
The consultants will work effectively with people in other departments of our firm to manage the day-to-day operation of the clients' business with our software.
The consultants will manage the daily client activities and follow-through on requests and new projects.
Experience in implementing software projects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management/organization skills; ability to prioritise time
Analyse, troubleshoot and propose solutions for client and product related issues
Review and analyse client workflows and functional requirements; propose solutions
Identify and manage resolution of product defects
Identification and/or replication of client identified product defects
Documentation of product defects and expected results
Participate in testing and approval process of developments
Self motivator with proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team environment/solutions-oriented; ability to problem solve
Prefer someone working toward the CAIA exam
Between 1 and 3 years experience in financial services and portfolio mandatory (accounting is a plus)
Ability to analyse and present complex information in a clear and structured way
Customer focused with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English/Cantonese for HK and French for Geneva (Chinese is a plus)
Ability to work independently and with others, adhere to deadlines, flexible and adaptable
Able to travel regionally and internationally
Knowledge of middle office software is a plus, however full system training is provided
Additional Salary Information: Discretionary company bonus (10% to 30% of basic salary) based on company performance.
