Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group's people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Regional Head of Workforce Administration .
Accountable for the ongoing adherence to the Workforce Administration franchise document ensuring compliance by countries to the service and control standards agreed within the region
Accountable for ongoing adherence to the Workforce Administration process design and agreed country localisations across all markets within the Region.
Responsible for oversight of country adherence to the service level agreement, sharing best practice, driving consistency, promoting centralised offshore processing and reducing cost across all Workforce Administration areas within the Region
Accountable for functional relationships with country Service Companies within the region
Responsible for functional stakeholder management of Regional Human Resources specialists, generalists, country Heads of Human Resources and Regional Risk and Audit Teams.
Accountable for the oversight of budgets and headcounts within Workforce Administration across the region
Accountable for managing change across the Workforce Administration scope for the region, whether group or locally initiated
Responsible for the continuance of the integrity of the data model for Workforce Administration
Extensive management experience in service delivery in a services organization with a high level of understanding of Human Resources globally and especially regional context.
Detailed knowledge of people management in multiple markets and ideally experience of management within a global or regional Human Resources Chief Operation Office.
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, influencing, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across all levels of management.
Ability to translate customer and business needs into deliverables and realistic business cases.
Deep understanding of operational risk and experience in identifying and implementing controls to mitigate such risks.
Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment with conflicting demands.
Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues.
Ability to make considered decisions that protect and enhance The Banks values, reputation and commercial interests.
Strong business analysis skills to develop robust service design solutions
Strong change management experience especially implementation of new Human Resources Operating model, including new processes, systems and services.
