We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Manager, Business Development and Proposition, Client Coverage .
A Senior member of Business Proposition team, Client Coverage Asia Pacific, to perform multi task based responsibilities
To coordinate, plan and implement Commercial Banking Client Coverage strategy and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region
Coordinate and Initiate customer centric product propositions with product partners, with emphasis to maximize depth and breadth in product delivery
To consolidate key initiatives across Core to devise holistic solutions focusing clients' need with an objective to enhance and integrate existing capabilities in order to improve customers' experiences.
Optimize the bank's data base, such as HORIS, OMNIA, CLIENT VISION, INSIGHT, to extract full potential in clients by analysing the customers transacting behaviours and pattern in their business operations.
Provision of strategic communications on client coverage strategy and production of management briefings as required
Support implementation and uptake of group standard Relationship Manager tools, strategic learning programmes and best practices including Relationship Manager scorecards, actionable intelligence, client planning and prioritisation, segment transfers, and digital Relationship Manager tool suite
Must be strategic thinker and able to foster good relationship with multiple stakeholders, geographies and functions in a complex global organization
A Driver of change. Adaptable and must be able to work independently, influence and negotiate effectively, manage messaging and motivate others
Sophisticated understanding of the financial and commercial drivers key to strategic decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, advanced verbal and written communication skills, comfortable delivering presentations to executives and large audience
Experience and knowledge of the Bank's structures, products and services
Proven track record in a client focused environment
Preferred experience in the Commercial or Corporate Banking environment
