We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Executive, Client Operations.
This role is critical in ensuring all the daily enquiries, client instructions and activities are handled, executed and implemented in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
The role holder will also play an important role in taking on Client Operations related projects.
The role holder will also work closely with other Asset Management Hong Kong teams and external entities on cross teams or cross-business entities projects.
Provide effective and professional support to the team in handling client operational matters.
Deliver professional and efficient client operational support and service to distributors, clients and internal teams.
Actively work with Client Directors and Client Services to accommodate client operation requests
Act as key stakeholder in providing input on new process, new product and new operational flow.
Solid years of experience in financial industry in client service or operational role
Good understanding of financial markets and investment products
Well developed communication skills including an ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
Process solid knowledge on fund, fund distribution and fund operations.
Process strong written and oral communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin and able to convey ideas in a clear and accurate manner.
Be able to manage conflicting priorities based on resources available.
Be able to spot irregularities and identify root cause.
Process strong problem solving skills.
Provide ongoing process improvements to enhance client experience.
