We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Operational Support.
Assist to implement changes or strategic initiatives as required by Group Insurance, HSBC stakeholders, Insurance Hong Kong, Hang Seng, Strategic Partners
Support and manage Daily Operational Activities, and ensure Service Level Agreements or Key Performance Indicators performance are met
Implement and maintain robust issue, complaint and operational risk reporting management
Identify improvement opportunity to deliver change and achieve a better customer experience
Support the manager to oversee the responsible operational areas including support in the escalation and resolution of any issues identified
Support to ensure compliance of Hong Kong Insurance with requirements relating to Business Continuity Plans, including local Hong Kong Insurance incident management group, and other cross business line operational activities
Support to implement and maintain a robust vendor risk management process, also address audit findings and concerns
Coordinate operational orientated business management projects, including Commercial Real Estate coordination and any office re organisation projects
Provide office administration service to support business operating activities
Educated to undergraduate or post graduate degree level in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology or a related field
Proven and progressive experience preferably incorporting Information Technology and business operations management principles, including service quality, business control and continuous improvement activities.
Strong analytical skills to understand to translate, simplify and proritize the requirement as well as root cause analysis for remedial actions or preventive measures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, including the ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence at the most senior level in the organisation.
Understand and interpret complex business and Hong Kong Insurance requirements, including regulatory requirements
Ability to work within an environment of different cultures
